In a significant move to enhance our manufacturing capabilities, Shaanxi Brilliant Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully commissioned a state-of-the-art 2,500-ton hydraulic closed-die Forging press at our primary production facility in Xi’an. Advanced Forging Capabilities
The newly installed 2,500T press, sourced from a reputable German manufacturer, is equipped with advanced digital control systems. These systems ensure precise pressure application, die alignment, and repeatability, which are critical for producing Forgings with tight dimensional tolerances and superior mechanical properties. The press also features a built-in data logging system that supports real-time monitoring of forging force, temperature, and stroke cycles. This capability provides our engineers with essential performance insights, ensuring higher consistency and quality in the forged products.

Enhanced Production Efficiency
With the integration of this high-capacity press, we can now produce forgings weighing up to 60 kg. The press's quick die-change fixtures and automated lubrication systems significantly reduce downtime during small-batch runs, enhancing our production efficiency. Additionally, the new billet induction heater with temperature control accuracy of ±5°C ensures optimal material properties, contributing to the overall quality of the final products.
Comprehensive Upstream and Downstream Integration
To support the new forging line, we have also upgraded our upstream and downstream infrastructure. The die maintenance workshop now features 3-axis CNC grinders and EDM machines for faster die refurbishing. Post-forging operations such as trimming, shot blasting, and crack detection are conducted in an expanded auxiliary area, streamlining the entire production flow.

This press installation is a significant step in our digital transformation journey. We plan to integrate this forging line into our centralized ERP system for better order tracking and capacity planning.
